RWC's redemption system differs from typical platforms. For instance, packages are determined by upfront guest confirmations, impacting availability. With strict rules like only booking one room per cruise, we made it informative but not overwhelming.

Through stakeholder sessions, we clarified business objectives to balance immediate B2C needs with longer-term vision. The MVP product will be initially exclusive to members with "Cabin Credit" points, future releases will include other point currencies.
