PROCESS & CHALLENGES ALONG THE WAY

We needed a simple booking system while keeping intricate redemption T&Cs.

Our journey towards creating an exceptional MVP was characterized by meticulous planning, thorough competitor analysis, and discussions on value delivery.

Working through the logic

RWC's redemption system differs from typical platforms. For instance, packages are determined by upfront guest confirmations, impacting availability. With strict rules like only booking one room per cruise, we made it informative but not overwhelming.

Designing with the future-in-mind

Through stakeholder sessions, we clarified business objectives to balance immediate B2C needs with longer-term vision. The MVP product will be initially exclusive to members with "Cabin Credit" points, future releases will include other point currencies.

Personalization from the start

The portal warmly greets members with friendly language, swiftly gathering their preferences to customize package offerings according to their profile, ensuring a delightful beginning to their booking journey.

Comprehensive Dashboard

Empowering members to oversee point balances, manage bookings, and explore curated cruise recommendations, the dashboard acts as a central hub for all cruising necessities, delivering timely notifications and updates on alterations or forthcoming itineraries.

Streamlined Booking & Payment

Integrated with an external payment gateway, the platform facilitates browsing, booking, and payment in a single portal, offering a seamless experience from start to finish.
